About Course

This live, instructor-led Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)® online prep course is designed to equip participants with a deep understanding of the Scrum framework and prepare them to successfully pass the official Scrum Alliance® CSM certification exam. Through interactive sessions, hands-on exercises, real-world case studies, and group activities, learners will gain the knowledge and practical skills needed to effectively facilitate Agile teams and apply Scrum principles in any project environment.

Led by a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), the course covers the core concepts of Scrum—including roles, events, artifacts, and values—while exploring the responsibilities of the Scrum Master in enabling collaboration, removing impediments, and driving team performance.

Upon successful completion, participants will receive access to the official CSM exam and, upon passing, earn the globally recognized Certified ScrumMaster® credential.
