1. Course Purchase & Access

All course purchases made on our platform are final. Once payment is successfully completed, learners gain immediate access to the course content unless stated otherwise.

2. Payment Failures or Errors

In the event of a payment failure, duplicate transaction, or any technical issue during the transaction process:

  • You are eligible for a full refund of the affected amount.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days through the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Please contact our support team immediately with your transaction ID and payment details to initiate the process.

3. Cancellation Policy

As our courses are digital and accessible instantly, we do not offer cancellations once access to the course has been granted.

However, in rare situations (e.g., accidental duplicate purchases), cancellations may be approved at our discretion if the course has not been accessed or consumed.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:

  • Payment was made but access was not granted.

  • The course was purchased more than once accidentally.

  • The payment was processed but the course content was incomplete or inaccessible due to a technical fault.

Note: No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with content after course consumption, unless there’s a clear issue with delivery or access.
