1. Course Purchase & Access

All course purchases made through our platform are final. Upon successful payment, learners receive immediate access to the course content unless specified otherwise.

2. Payment Failures or Errors

In case of a payment failure, duplicate transaction, or technical issue during checkout:

  • You are eligible for a full refund of the affected amount.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days via the original payment method.

  • Please contact our support team immediately with your transaction ID and payment details to initiate the process.

3. Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature and instant accessibility of our courses:

  • Cancellations are not permitted once access has been granted.

  • Exceptions may be made in rare cases (e.g., duplicate purchases), provided the course has not been accessed.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The course was accidentally purchased more than once.

  • The content is incomplete or inaccessible due to a technical error on our end.

Note: We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction after course consumption unless there’s a proven issue with content access or delivery.
